Refund Policy

1. Return Window

You may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received.

2. How to Return

Email us at hopeofanimalsusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the same payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items with opened or damaged packaging, or that have been used (unless required by law), may not be accepted. For defective or wrong items, we’ll replace or refund without hassle.

4. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel by contacting us. We’ll process a full refund as soon as possible.
